VPN & Remote Access

Getting connected

Install the company VPN client from the software catalogue and sign in with your network account and MFA. Remote access is required for most internal tools when you are off the office network.

Multi-factor authentication

MFA is mandatory for all remote sessions. Set up the authenticator app from the IT space if you have not already, and keep a backup method on file.

Trouble connecting?

If the client will not connect, check the System status panel on the home page first, then raise a VPN / Network ticket with the Service Desk.
